MEET AMELIA!!

Lisa, RYT 200

Born in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, Lisa has always had an appreciation for the wonder and beauty of nature and Mother Earth. Movement, music and mindfulness have always helped her to connect to and embody this natural wisdom within.

Her passion is teaching and she has shared this in several roles throughout her life:

  • Meditation

  • Yoga

  • Singing bowls and Sound Baths

  • Drum Circle Facilitator

  • Professor of radiology

  • Teacher for children with special needs

  • Dance Instructor

  • Emotional awareness through creative expression

Her biggest inspiration and teacher has been her 8 year old grandson who she has custody of.Through this life-changing experience and her daily interactions with him, she has learned that Self-love and care are imperative to facilitate our well-being. She has been transformed and given a new perspective on the concept of “nurturer” and what it truly means to support versus enable.

Lisa loves to encourage and support others to play, nurture self-love and find joy; connecting to their innate wisdom and sense of wonderment utilizing meditation, yoga, drum circles and singing bowls. To schedule a time with Lisa, please contact Claudia.
