Rooted in clinical precision and guided by deep listening, each session is customized to address your unique physical needs—whether you're navigating injury, chronic tension, postural imbalances, or stress held deep in the tissue. Techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and structural integration are applied skillfully and intuitively, always in relationship with your breath.
This is massage as medicine: purposeful, present, and deeply connected. It's not just about releasing tight muscles—it’s about helping your body remember how to move freely, feel deeply, and return to its natural rhythm. All sessions are geared to your specific mindbody, addressing injuries, traumas, surgeries, and trapped energies, where your body keeps the score.. I work alongside your chosen HealthCare Team to ensure your health is taken seriously. You will need to complete a proper form upon your reservation.
