All classes at y Respira are excellent for beginners, prenatal or expecting mamas, intermediate, advanced practitioners, injuries, asthma, fibromyalgia, anxiety, stress, lower back ailments (such as bulging or herniated degenerative disc disease), high blood pressure, arthritis.
