Led by Madrina Claudia, this Master SPINE Somatic Yoga experience is designed to restore mobility, release tension, improve posture, and cultivate a deeper connection between your body and nervous system. Through intentional movement and somatic practices, you'll leave feeling grounded, aligned, and ready to embrace the energy of the new season.

Yoga Teachers: Continuing Education (CE) hours are available for eligible participants.
