Restorative Yoga with Claudia

Imagine having the time to fall asleep in yoga poses as you feel the support of your body using blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps. This is a passive practice that brings your body back to balance using gravity. All levels are welcome.
The true concept of yoga is to feel all that awakens in your mindbody through breath awareness and connection. When we consciously choose to rest and restore, our bodies are given permission to heal and let go of all kinds of stuff.
The question is... "What are you willing to surrender?"
