Tonight’s music was belly dance music with a great beat and very heavy sound. It was a pretty intense class, I would have to say. I was shocked to see so many people. I am pleased and very grateful. I am loving the Y. Great energy!

I hope everybody enjoyed the class. And thought I was maybe performing an exorcism. POOF! No bad energy here or there. It all disappeared with everybody’s final three exhales, which may I add was just AWESOME!!!

I am soooo happy Nancy could make it to visit me and come to my classes. I graduated with her from Urban Bliss Yoga studio, and I am so happy we have stayed in touch.,
